Go, Founder of LBI, was invited to be a lecturer on climate change issues in Africa at Environment Partnership Iwate. All the participates showed a strong concern on the implementation scheme of Paris Agreement without US and vulnerability of adaptation and mitigation strategy against the adverse effect of climate change in Africa.
